1. What should I wear?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Do not eat prior to 2 hours before class.
2. How much is each class?
Monday classes are $9.00 and Wed/Sun classes are $12.00.
3. What should I bring to class?
A sticky mat, firm blanket, two yoga blocks (get the fat ones), a belt (6-8 feet) or strap and an open mind are needed. You can buy these at target, on-line at Gaiam, Yogafit, Huggermugger, etc.
4. Do I need previous yoga experience?
No, these classes are for beginner level I/II and are designed to teach you the basic yoga postures or asanas, basic pranayama or breathing techniques, and short meditation practices.
